Ian has been in the mortgage business, both wholesale and retail, for nearly 20 years.  Prior to becoming a licensed Loan Consultant, Ian worked as an Artist Representative and Producer for Film, TV, Music Videos & Commercials.  While the two paths may not seem linked, being aware of the needs of clients and advocating on their behalf is a common thread in both fields.  The two disciplines are complex, each with multiple moving parts and departments, each requiring attention to detail, patience, creative problem solving, adherence to timelines, teamwork and perseverance.  Like any good story, the loan process has a beginning, middle and end - just like every project has a pre-production, production and post.
